Oddities Flea Market makes Connecticut debut in Bridgeport this Saturday

The acclaimed Oddities Flea Market is making its Connecticut debut on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Foolproof Brewing Company in Bridgeport. The one-day event brings together an array of artists, antique dealers, and collectors specializing in natural history specimens, dark art, rare antiques, taxidermy, and curiosities.

The market features more than 50 vendors from across the country. In addition to shopping, attendees can access flash tattoos, piercings, live spirit photography, and a curated showroom.

“This isn’t just another market,” said organizer Ryan Matthew Cohn. “It’s a gathering of artists, collectors, and enthusiasts who appreciate the unusual and the extraordinary. We’re thrilled to bring our first hometown Connecticut show to life and showcase the incredible talent within our community.”

Fairfield County’s first women-owned and operated tattoo studio, Rebel & Rose Tattoo Studio of Westport, will be on-site offering flash tattoos and piercings for individuals aged 18 and older.

Rarebit Productions, founded by photographers Rose Callahan and Kellfire Bray, is bringing a Victorian portrait studio to the event for live spirit photography. Using 19th-century Pepper’s Ghost illusion techniques combined with modern digital capture, guests can be photographed alongside a spectral apparition. The portraits are created entirely in-camera without Photoshop and are provided as framed archival prints.

Attendees can also visit the CVRATED by Ryan Matthew Cohn Showroom, located within the same building as the venue. Foolproof Brewing Company will provide a full food menu and cash bar throughout the duration of the market.

The vendor lineup includes regional and national names such as 2nd Round Antiques, 3-Ring Traveling Apothecary, Ampersand Curiosities, Blue Bayer, Bull Hill Trading Co., Cross Confections, Cryptid Curio, Death & Decorum, Dirty Terrariums, Feather & Foxglove, Hallowed Harvest Oddities, Mud and Metal Studios, and Three Brown Dogs Antiques, among dozens of others.

The event takes place at 800 Union Ave in Bridgeport. VIP admission runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by general admission from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
