Connecticut Housing Partners CEO Renée Dobos recognized by Congressman Jim Himes for leadership and community impact
Connecticut Housing Partners (CHP) is thrilled to share that CEO, Renée Dobos, has been recognized by Congressman Jim Himes for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the community of Southwest Connecticut. This acknowledgment comes as part of a broader initiative to celebrate influential women leaders during Women’s History Month.
In his commendation letter, Congressman Himes highlighted Renée’s role as a pivotal community leader. “I’m writing to you because a member of our community nominated you as a leader in our district,” he stated. “They look to you as a role model, a source of inspiration, and an integral part of our community.” The Congressman continued, “Thank you for being a pillar of our community, empowering those around you, and inspiring the next generation of female leaders.” (A copy of the letter is attached for reference.)
Renée’s leadership at CHP has been marked by visionary strategies and impactful initiatives that have significantly advanced the mission of providing affordable and sustainable housing solutions. Her efforts have not only improved lives but have also inspired countless others to engage and contribute to their communities.
Upon receiving the recognition, Renée expressed her gratitude and reiterated her commitment to the mission of CHP. “I’m humbled by the recognition and while a tremendous honor, this really belongs to the entire team at Connecticut Housing Partners and all of our community supporters. Their dedication and hard work make
our achievements possible. Together, we are creating meaningful change and building homes that become a foundation for healthier tomorrows.”
Connecticut Housing Partners remains committed to advancing our mission under her leadership. We congratulate Renée on this well-deserved recognition and look forward to continuing our work to make a positive impact in communities across Connecticut.
