Arcángel to perform at Toyota Oakdale Theatre in October

Latin urban music artist Arcángel will bring his upcoming North American concert tour to Connecticut this fall. The performance is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford.

The concert is part of the newly announced U.S. leg of his “La 8va Maravilla World Tour 20 Aniversario.” Promoted by Live Nation, the tour celebrates Arcángel’s 20-year career in reggaetón and Latin trap. The U.S. performances follow an initial tour launch in Europe and Latin America that included three sold-out shows in Spain.

Tickets for the Wallingford performance go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00 am. Inquiries and purchases can be made online through the official tour website at la8vamaravilla.com.

The tour’s European opening dates featured a live production backed by symphonic musicians for specific tracks like “Por Amar a Ciegas.” The initial shows also included on-stage guest appearances by artists JC Reyes, Gonzy, Saiko, and Arcángel’s son, Austin San. The international leg of the tour previously expanded to add extra dates in cities such as Madrid, Medellín, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Guayaquil, and Quito to meet ticket demand.

The anniversary tour follows the release of his album, La 8va Maravilla, which features musical collaborations with Ricky Martin, Sech, Kapo, Daddy Yankee, and Grupo Firme. The artist also recently collaborated with Maluma on the track “BOTERO.”

Arcángel’s recent industry recognition includes receiving the Urban Icon Award at Premio Lo Nuestro earlier this year, alongside multiple nominations at Premios Tu Música Urbana for Male Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. Outside of touring, the artist recently completed a digital project titled “Las 7 Maravillas,” where he visited all Seven Wonders of the World over an 18-day period.
