Riko’s Pizza launches new chicken menu lineup at all locations through September

Riko’s Pizza launched five new chicken-forward, limited-time menu items under the name “Pollo di Buon Gusto.” The seasonal menu lineup features two thin-crust specialty pizzas, two new wing flavors, and a chicken slider available at all restaurant locations through September 30.

The new pizza options feature the company’s signature thin crust. The Chicken Sausage Florentine Pizza includes baby spinach, chicken sausage, spicy sausage, red onions, a mozzarella blend, parmesan cheese, and an olive oil drizzle. The Chicken and Pesto Pizza uses a nut-free pesto layer with parmesan, mozzarella, chicken sausage, ricotta cheese, grape tomatoes, and fresh basil.

“Our culinary team has thoughtfully paired protein-packed options with fresh ingredients and bold flavors,” said Carl Bachmann, President and CEO of Riko’s Pizza. “Over the past few months, we’ve continued to refine our menu innovation process, resulting in a lineup that offers something for every occasion.”

The limited-time rollout also adds new chicken wing preparations and a sandwich choice. The Lemon Pepper Wings feature a dry rub balancing citrus and cracked black pepper, while the Thai Chili Pepper Wings are tossed in a sweet and spicy garlic chili sauce. The Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Slider combines grilled chicken dipped in Riko’s Sauce with bacon, melted cheese, and ranch on a toasted pretzel bun.

“Pollo di Buon Gusto means ‘chicken of great taste,’ and that’s exactly what these new limited-time offerings deliver,” said Rico Imbrogno, Founder and Executive Chairman of Riko’s Pizza. “We had a lot of fun creating these menu items, and the result is a lineup that’s fresh, satisfying, and full of personality.”
