A Week-Long Cinco de Mayo Fiesta comes to Mohegan Sun
Food and drink specials May 2nd – May 7th
UNCASVILLE, CT (April 28, 2022) –Let the fiesta begin as Mohegan Sun is geared up to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Six fun-filled days at seven different locations with tequila, tacos, nachos, and sombreros kicks off on Monday, May 2nd and lasting through Saturday, May 7th. Whether you prefer your margarita frozen or on the rocks, Mohegan Sun will have a place for you to enjoy the celebration.
Get rid of the “Monday blues” at the Bow & Arrow Sports Bar while enjoying happy hour all day long with $8 Patrón Margaritas. Guests will also receive half-off all taco orders with the purchase of a margarita.
“Taco Tuesday” goes down in the new Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook with another all-day happy hour with $8 Patrón Margaritas, half-priced chips and salsa, quesadillas, nachos, and tacos.
TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge joins the week-long Cinco de Mayo fun on Wednesday, May 4th with an ultra-premium tequila; Gran Patrón Piedra, a super special 2 oz. pour for $29 (regularly $105). Tao will also feature the Wabi-Sabi cocktail with Barrel Select Patrón Añejo for $17.
Comix Roadhouse brings the fun on Thursday as guests can indulge in discounted Patrón Margaritas in all flavors. Keep the night going with DJ Jack Rhino for TRULY KARAOKE to belt out your favorite 80’s & 90’s hits! Bring your friends or sombrero to have some Cinco de Mayo fun. Upcoming shows inside the Comix Comedy Club also include Alonzo Bodden who will take the stage from May 5th-7th. Rich Vos will also perform inside Comix from May 12th-14th.
The festivities don’t stop there! Swing by Mohegan Sun’s luxury lounge, novelle, for a Friday night fiesta featuring special menu items & Reggaeton beats! Specials include $18 Loaded Nachos and a $16 Soft Shell Taco Platter. For only $20, enjoy a Spicy Mango-Rita with Patrón Reposado in a commemorative Patrón Cup!
The week of Cinco de Mayo specials wrap up Saturday evening at Avalon Nightclub & VISTA Lounge at Wombi Rock. Dance the night away at Avalon with a Patrón and Pineapple featured cocktail. VISTA Lounge will feature a jalapeño and cucumber Meteor Margarita cocktail with a Tajin salt rim and sliced cucumber.
