The Norwalk Arts Space has Student Art Exhibition, Artist Talk this week an announces free art Classes for September
Join The Norwalk Arts Space for a student art exhibition in the café gallery from 4-6 pm. The exhibition will feature artwork by The Norwalk Arts Space summer students and select musical performances by members of our Teen Committee starting at 5:30 pm. The exhibition will be followed by Teen Open Mic Night from 6 pm-8 pm. Students aged 13-18 are invited to attend and perform. Sign up to perform when you arrive. Free food and drinks are included!
Isabella Montenegro, Korry Fellow and Curator of the “If You’re ___ & You Know It” exhibition at the The Norwalk Art Space, will moderate this artist talk featuring 6 of the artists from the exhibition. The artists include Chelsea Danburg, Chris Sainato, Brett Masterson, Erin Dolan, Melissa Benedek, and Russell Miyaki.
Fall Classes
The Norwalk Arts Space is excited to announce their fall semester lineup of FREE art and music classes! Class descriptions and schedules will be released by September 1st, with weekly classes starting the week of September 26th.
This FREE 2-day workshop is for emerging artists, activists, and curious individuals aged 13-17 who want to merge their artistic interests with their desire for social change. Join The Norwalk Arts Space and LiveGirl to collaborate, draw inspiration from influential artists, and make a meaningful impact within your community.
