Tedeschi Trucks Band to bring Future Soul Tour to Bridgeport for two nights
Tedeschi Trucks Band will return to Connecticut for a two-night stand at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater on Friday, Sept. 4, and Saturday, Sept. 5, as part of the group’s newly announced Future Soul 2026 Tour.
The Bridgeport concerts are part of a 35-date headlining tour supporting Future Soul, the Grammy Award-winning band’s sixth studio album, due out March 20 via Fantasy Records. The album marks the follow-up to 2022’s ambitious I Am The Moon project and showcases what the band has described as its most collaborative and wide-ranging work to date. Click here to save.
Led by husband-and-wife duo Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, the 12-piece ensemble blends rock, soul, blues and funk, drawing from a deep well of American roots music. The first single, “I Got You,” offers a preview of the album’s sound, pairing a driving mid-tempo groove with classic influences.

Produced by Mike Elizondo and co-produced by Trucks, Future Soul was recorded at the band’s Swamp Raga Recording studio in Jacksonville, Fla., and Phantom Studios in Gallatin, Tenn. Much of the songwriting was shared among core members, including Tedeschi, Trucks, Mike Mattison, Gabe Dixon and Tyler Greenwell.
The Bridgeport dates fall during the summer and fall leg of the tour, which follows a spring run and the band’s annual Red Rocks Amphitheatre performances. The tour also includes select co-headlining shows and appearances by special guests on various dates.
Presales for the Future Soul Tour begin in late January, with general public ticket sales opening at the end of the month. VIP packages will also be available for a limited time.
Tedeschi Trucks Band, formed in 2010, has earned multiple Grammy and Blues Music Awards and is widely recognized for its expansive live performances. The group has sold out major venues nationwide, including Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and continues to be praised for its musicianship and genre-spanning sound.
