Riko’s Pizza expands menu and launches new catering service in Connecticut

Riko’s Pizza the popular Connecticut-born tavern-style pizza franchise, today announced the launch of its refreshed food menu and expanded catering program across the state.

The updated menu brings bold new flavors and expanded options to all Connecticut Riko’s locations, including Stamford, Norwalk, Darien, and other franchise spots. Highlights include:

Tavern-Style Pizza: Guests can choose from Riko’s 13 famous specialty bar pies or build their own with more than 40 sauces, cheeses, meats, veggies, drizzles, and toppings.
Made-to-Order Salads: Alongside 13 signature recipes, seasonal favorites such as Mediterranean Chicken & Spinach, BBQ Chicken Ranch, and a reinvented Chicken Caesar are now permanent. Salads can be ordered in a bowl, on a pie, or in a whole wheat wrap.
Oven-Roasted Wings: Crispy, oven-baked wings seasoned with Riko’s special blend of herbs and spices, available plain or in one of six sauces: Riko’s House Wing Sauce, Buffalo, Barbecue, Teriyaki, Hot Honey, or Nashville Hot.
Craveable Shareables: Expanded appetizers now include sliders—American Cheeseburger, Italian Meatball, and Nashville Hot Chicken—along with popular favorites like Burrata, Mozzarella Sticks, and Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls.
Desserts: Sweet tooths can enjoy an improved New York Cheesecake, Riko’s beloved Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, plus new additions Tiramisu and Chocolate Temptation Cake.

Menu innovation is being led by President and COO Carl Bachmann, who has decades of experience developing successful pizza menus. The company has also introduced wine pairings created in collaboration with sommeliers, beer experts, and mixologists.
