Longest-running retro tour brings A Flock of Seagulls, General Public, The Vapors, and more to Connecticut

One of the most beloved throwback tours in the country is making its way to Connecticut this summer. Lost 80’s Live, the longest-running retro music tour in North America, will celebrate its 23rd anniversary with a stop at Westville Music Bowl in New Haven on Thursday, July 31.

Known for its stacked lineups and nostalgic energy, Lost 80’s Live offers fans a rare chance to see some of the most iconic new wave, synthpop and post-punk artists of the 1980s on one stage. This year’s lineup includes:

A Flock of Seagulls (“I Ran (So Far Away),” “Space Age Love Song”)
General Public (“Tenderness,” “Never You Done That”)
Big Country (“In a Big Country,” “Fields of Fire”)
The Vapors (“Turning Japanese,” “Jimmy Jones”)
The Icicle Works (“Birds Fly (Whisper to a Scream)”)
China Crisis (“Arizona Sky,” “Working With Fire and Steel”)
Josie Cotton (“Johnny Are You Queer,” “He Could Be the One”)
Belouis Some, The Polecats, and Peter Godwin round out the bill with cult favorites and deep cuts from the era.

Hosted by legendary KROQ and SiriusXM DJ Richard Blade, the 2025 edition promises an immersive night of singalongs, retro visuals and electric energy.

“Lost 80’s Live is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of an era,” said creator and producer Rob Juarez. “We’re proud to bring this experience to fans year after year, and this summer’s tour is shaping up to be one of our biggest yet.”

Presented in partnership with Live Nation, AEG, and other major promoters, the tour continues to grow in scope and popularity. Past reviews have described it as “an all-in-one mega-show” (Rolling Stone) and “a must-see celebration of a generation’s soundtrack” (Consequence).

Tickets for the July 31 show at Westville Music Bowl are on sale now at lost80slive.com and westvillemusicbowl.com. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., with music beginning at 7 p.m.
