Light & Local brings the wellness event of the season to Bridgeport

Bridgeport is about to host the ultimate celebration of movement, health, and community. On Saturday, September 13, 2025, Light & Local will transform the Foolproof Brewing courtyard into a lively wellness marketplace designed to inspire, connect, and recharge. This free, one-day event is packed with opportunities to explore the best in local health, fitness, and holistic living.

The day begins at 9:00 am with an energizing community yoga class open to all levels. At 10:00 am, the marketplace officially opens and runs through 4:00 pm, featuring a diverse lineup of wellness workshops, classes, and interactive experiences. Attendees can expect a full schedule of activities that highlight the importance of balance, nourishment, and connection.
