Following the successful release of his acclaimed fourth studio album, ULTRASODADE, multi-platinum selling indie crooner Kevin Kaarl announces his world tour, which will span multiple regions and have over 50 confirmed dates, including a stop at The Dome at Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT, on May 1, 2025.
The ULTRA SODADE TOUR 2025 is set to take Kevin to stages across North America, Mexico, Latin America and Europe, solidifying his position as one of the biggest independent artists with global reach and fanbase.
The tour, which kicks off on April 22 in Atlanta, GA, will hit more than 15 countries, including stops in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Madrid, Barcelona, London, Berlin, Paris, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, andSantiago de Chile. Tickets will be available starting on February 27, 2025.
Additionally, viral phenomenon Macario Martínez joins the tour as the opening act for 13 dates in Mexico, beginning May 17 in Puebla.
ULTRA SODADE, released on February 14, 2025, has been critically acclaimed as the singer-songwriter’s most mature and reflective work to date. Produced entirely by his twin brother Bryan Kaarl, the album explores the stages of heartbreak with devastating emotional precision. Its 13 songs blend Kevin’s characteristic folk melancholy with new sonic horizons, incorporating alternative pop/rock elements and electronic textures.
Rolling Stone en Español praised the album, giving it a perfect five-star rating. The magazine highlighted Kaarl’s narrative evolution and described the album as “an emotional journey that resonates with anyone who has experienced the grief of heartbreak.”
In its debut week, ULTRA SODADE reached #4 on Spotify’s Top Albums Debut Global chart and #8 on the Top Albums Debut USA chart. Additionally, it was one ofthe featured releases on Spotify’s coveted Times Square billboard in New York City. To date, ULTRA SODADE has surpassed 19 million streams across digital platforms.
The album was released on February 14 and presented at a VIP event at Soho House in Mexico City. The gathering brought together Mexican music critics, industry insiders, and influencers, who enjoyed a Q&A session moderated by Diego Madrigal, renowned journalist and creative director of Canal 555.
