Federal directive forces Ferguson Library to end passport services

The Ferguson Library (1 Public Library Plaza, Stamford, CT 06901) will discontinue passport services effective Feb. 13, following new federal guidelines that prohibit 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations from processing passport applications, library officials announced Wednesday.
