Hey Stamford Food Festival
The Hey Stamford! Food Festival presented by Minchin GMC and MoheganSunCasino.com returns to downtown Stamford for TWO BIG WEEKENDS: August 16-18 and 23-25! The highly anticipated 7th annual event returns with a focus on food and community, including a ‘Food Truck Frenzy’ featuring Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirito hosting ‘Rocco’s Burger Bash’, ‘Pizzapalooza; CT’s Ultimate Pizza Party’, and the return of the popular ‘Island Vibes’ day!

Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirito joins the event on Saturday, August 17th for culinary demonstrations and to serve as host of “Rocco’s Burger Bash” with special guest celebrity judges, and more! An accomplished author, DiSpirito’s cookbooks, including “Flavor,” “Rocco’s Italian American,” and “The Negative Calorie Diet,” emphasize healthy eating without compromising flavor. His latest book, “Everyday Delicious,” was published in April 2024. Throughout his career, DiSpirito has received numerous awards, including the James Beard Foundation Award for “Flavor” and recognition as America’s Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine.

Thursday, August 15: Taylor Made
Fans of Taylor Swift and Olvia Rodrigo have reason to rejoice as “Taylor Made” makes its highly-anticipated return to the Hey Stamford! Food Festival. This year, the event promises an electrifying twist with a Taylor vs. Olivia dance party. Indulge in some of Tay’s favorite eats and sip on specialty drinks, inspired by Taylor. Featuring fun photo opportunities, local vendors, and more!
Friday, August 16: Pizzapalooza
“CT’s Ultimate Pizza Party!” For just $25, attendees will embark on a pizza adventure like no other, enjoying slices from some of our area’s best pizza restaurants, delivered right to Mill River Park. Viral TikTok creator and chef Julia Molinari joins the Pizzapalooza for pizza making demonstrations and more. Plus, the Blind Rhino Beer Garden, live music, and cheesy competitions! Ticket includes admission, up to four slices of pizza & a complimentary beverage (21+ w/ valid ID).
Saturday, August 17: ‘Food Truck Frenzy’ & Rocco’s Burger Bash

Savor the ‘Island Vibes’ with a pig roast, tropical drinks, and Reggae music, creating a perfect summer day atmosphere!
The Hey Stamford! Food Festival will also see top local & regional talent performing on our mainstage over both weekends, featuring everything from Pop, Hip-Hop, Classic Rock, 80’s Hits and so much more! Stay tuned for some major concert announcements in the near future!
Younger kids will be delighted with character appearances, bubble party, balloon artists, face painters, various games, art and more!
Over two weekends, attendees can quench their thirst at the Blind Rhino Beer Garden with a refreshing drink lineup.

Hey Stamford! Food Festival introduces an electrifying new experience this year with the debut of ‘Hey Stamford! After Dark!. This dynamic addition promises an unforgettable weekend of live music, a vibrant concert atmosphere, and beer garden. Designed for adult attendees 18+, ‘Hey Stamford! After Dark’ will amplify the festival’s renowned culinary offerings, featuring some of the regions best food vendors, restaurants and food trucks serving up an array of delectable treats.
