Hartford Yard Goats to host job fair on Feb. 7 at Dunkin’ Park ahead of 2026 season

The Hartford Yard Goats will hold their annual job fair on Saturday, Feb. 7, seeking upbeat, fan-friendly applicants to fill a wide range of game-day positions at Dunkin’ Park for the upcoming baseball season.

The job fair will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the ballpark, located at 1214 Main St. Representatives from both the Yard Goats and their food and beverage partner, Professional Sports Catering, will be on hand to meet with job seekers and accept applications.

Together, the two organizations hire an average of 300 seasonal employees each year for roles that include ushers, ticket takers, box office staff, merchandise sales, housekeeping, grounds crew, concessions, kitchen staff, and catering.

The team says employees can expect perks such as staff batting practice on the field, employee VIP parties with prizes, and complimentary tickets.

Dunkin’ Park, home of the Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, was recently named Best Double-A Ballpark of 2025 in Newsweek’s Fans’ Choice Awards. The stadium has also earned multiple honors from Ballpark Digest, including top recognition in 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022, becoming the first minor league park to win the award three times.

“We’re always looking for people who love working with fans and delivering outstanding customer service,” Yard Goats General Manager Mike Abramson said. “We’re excited to welcome new employees on Opening Night, April 2, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Dunkin’ Park.”

The Yard Goats open their 2026 home schedule in early April, with the job fair serving as the first step for many fans hoping to join the team behind the scenes.
