Downtown Mystic Holiday Stroll rescheduled for December 9

Due to forecasted weather, the Downtown Mystic Holiday Stroll originally set for Dec. 2 has been postponed to Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 5 to 9 p.m.

The extra week of waiting promises to be worth it, as downtown comes alive with holiday lights, music, and festive cheer during one of the community’s favorite annual traditions.

The Holiday Stroll invites residents and visitors to enjoy an evening of shopping, complimentary bites and beverages from participating merchants — including a few adult sips — and a lineup of local performers. This year’s entertainment includes The Music Studio Mystic, Ashley Jones Violin School, Mystic River Brass Ensemble, Ledyard High School Carolers, Union Baptist Church Concert Bells, Mystic River Chorale, Noank-Mystic Community Band, Mystic Ukulele, and Stonington High School Sax & Brass Ensemble.
