Connecticut Pickle Festival expands food vendor lineup at Mohegan Sun Earth Expo Center

The Connecticut Pickle Festival will hold its annual event at the Mohegan Sun Earth Expo and Convention Center in Uncasville. The three-day event is scheduled to run from Friday, Aug. 21, through Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026. Admission tickets are currently available for public purchase online.

The festival lineup features more than 40 vendors and food trucks distributed throughout the venue. Attendees receive access to unlimited pickle sampling inside a dedicated section named the Pickle Patch. The culinary options include custom items such as fried pickles, pickle pizza, pickle-topped ice cream, and dill pickle kettle corn.

Live entertainment will perform throughout the weekend, featuring a rotation of country, pop, and rock music. The schedule also includes recurring interactive activities, such as a pickle eating contest, a pickle juice challenge, a pickle olympics, and pickle wrestling. The event mascot, named Pickle Pablo, will make regular appearances around the convention space.

A new addition to the 2026 event schedule is the Pickle Hoedown, which functions as a country-style dance party. The activity allows attendees to participate in line dancing and two-step routines alongside the event mascot. For attendees who are 21 years of age or older, the festival offers a selection of specialized beverage options, including pickle cocktails, pickle martinis, pickle shots, and pickle-infused liquor.

Organizers are offering a VIP ticket tier that provides specific venue perks. These upgrades include early access to the vendor areas and sample stations ahead of general admission entry times. VIP ticket holders also receive a specialized merchandise bag, alongside access to a private lounge, private restrooms, and a dedicated cash bar.
