Lords and Ladies, the pleasure of your company is requested at 1741 Pub & Grill on March 10th. Don your favorite Victorian dresses, white gloves, waistcoats, tailcoats and heirloom family jewelry, as you dine with us for a spectacular brunch buffet. The menu features Regency era dishes, house-made scones, delicate tea cakes, classic quiche, and of course, a variety of English teas. A complimentary glass of champagne is included.

Warm and buttery croissants, house-made scones, two varieties of light and fluffy quiche, classic BLT sandwich bites, rich vanilla tea cakes, tasty waffles with savory and sweet toppings, fresh cod with spinach and tomatoes in a white wine reduction, creamy gratin potatoes, applewood smoked bacon, maple sausage, and fresh fruit salad.

Listen to the Celtic sounds of Bryan Titus, snack on Green Apple Cider Donuts, Decorate Shamrock Cookies, dazzle your nails with festive fingernail art stickers, and more! On Sunday, March 17th, the Connecituct Valley Siberian Husky Club will be onsite to demonstrate the dogs in harness with some of the equipment that is used to train teams from one dog to six or more!

April 13th, 10am – 1pm
Children ages 1-10 years old are invited to claim some of thousands of Lyman’s own eco-certified apples hidden in our Hay Maze on the grounds of the Apple Barrel Farm Market on Saturday, April 13th. It’s a picture perfect activity, creating family memories on the farm. Free magic show with Bill Hagland at 11am & 11:45am
Apple Hunt admission is $15 per child and includes a Spring Apple Hunt t-shirt.
