Acoustic SoNo returns to 1420 Distillery with Live Music Fridays through November

Acoustic SoNo returns to SoNo 1420, America’s Maritime Distillery, starting Friday, September 5. Kicking things off will be the talented Henry Jones, a favorite performer from the original Acoustic SoNo music series, which made its debut from March-June 2025. The fall series runs from September through November, on Fridays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the Tasting Room of this award-winning whiskey-driven distillery.

Since opening its distillery and tasting room in 2019 in the coastal city of South Norwalk, CT, SoNo 1420, a veteran-owned and operated company, has earned a stellar reputation for producing double gold award-winning whiskey (San Francisco World Spirits Competition), “Top 100 Spirits” vodka (Wine Enthusiast 2024), ready-to-drink cocktails, innovative Threesome ready-to-mix cocktails, and now a new THC beverage, HZE.

Acoustic SoNo ends the work week and kicks off the weekend on a high note with the perfect combination of craft cocktails by mixologist Blake Poon, live music in an intimate setting, gathering with friends and family, and soon (mid-September), the launch of 1420’s new food service partner, the LobsterCraft food truck. This new land and sea menu concept features meat selections courtesy of Darien Butcher Shop. 1420 proudly serves Connecticut-produced beer by neighboring Spacecat Brewing and wine from Hopkins Vineyard. The robust music schedule features a diverse range of styles and genres, performed by the area’s most talented musicians/singers/songwriters.
