Keeler Tavern Museum and History Center will host its Ghosts of Ridgefield ghost tours from Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25. The annual event takes place after dark across the site’s four-acre campus in Ridgefield.

Tours follow a winding path outdoors and feature costumed storytellers portraying figures from local history. For the 2026 event season, the program includes access inside the historic museum building for the first time.

Guided tours run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each evening and combine both indoor and outdoor walking routes. The program takes place rain or shine and is recommended for adults and children ages 7 and older.

Ticket reservations are required in advance as tours frequently sell out. Admission options and tour scheduling details are available through the museum website.

The program is organized by the Keeler Tavern Museum and History Center as an annual historic storytelling initiative. The site uses theatrical tours to present historical experiences through a combination of humor and ghost stories.
