Standing Ovations Live and the Warner Theatre are presenting a Halloween event titled Behind the Scream on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The program begins at 8:00 p.m. in the Oneglia Auditorium at the Warner Theatre, located at 68 Main Street in Torrington.

The evening features a 30th anniversary screening of the horror film Scream. Following the movie, actor David Arquette will take the stage for a moderated interview, behind-the-scenes discussion, and audience question-and-answer session about his career and his role as character Dewey Riley.

General admission tickets are available alongside a limited quantity of VIP tickets. The VIP option includes preferred seating and a post-show photo opportunity with Arquette. Tickets can be purchased through the venue website or by calling the box office.

Arquette has worked as an actor and producer in Hollywood for over three years, continuing a family acting legacy. His screen credits include roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Airheads, Never Been Kissed, and 3000 Miles to Graceland, as well as television projects such as Mrs. Davis and Cougar Town.

Beyond acting, Arquette is an investor in the film studio XTR, co-owner of the Los Angeles venue Bootsy Bellows, and owner of the rights to Bozo the Clown. He has also appeared in recent film projects including The Good Half and Unholy Trinity.
