Bartaco brings back seasonal lobster taco and lobster esquites for a limited time

The restaurant chain bartaco announced the return of its seasonal lobster menu items for a limited time during the summer months. The fan-favorite offerings are available for dine-in, as well as for online ordering through the company’s website and third-party delivery platforms including Uber Eats and DoorDash, with availability varying by location.

The featured seasonal items include the lobster and corn taco. This signature dish is built with brown butter-poached lobster, a creamy corn-lemongrass purée, and a hominy and sweet corn pico de gallo. The menu notes indicate that this specific item contains shellfish and dairy.

Also returning to the lineup is the lobster esquites, which is positioned as a seasonal side dish or a shareable starter. The dish features sweet corn kernels tossed in a creamy crema sauce, topped with brown butter-poached lobster, and finished with a dusting of cayenne. This item contains dairy, egg, soy, refined sugar, and shellfish.
