Greenwich Polo Club continues summer tournament schedule with Sunday matches

The Greenwich Polo Club is progressing through its 2026 Sunday Polo season at its equestrian facility located within the Conyers Farm community. The summer tournament schedule, which originally opened on June 7, continues to draw regional spectators to the Greenwich backcountry for high-goal polo competitions.
The competitive calendar began earlier this month with the American Cup, followed by preliminary matches for the East Coast Silver Cup on June 14 and June 21. The final match for the East Coast Silver Cup is scheduled to take place this coming weekend on June 28. Following that event, the East Coast Gold Cup will take place on July 5 and July 12, with the championship game scheduled for July 18.

Later in the summer, the facility will host the East Coast Open starting on August 30, with subsequent match dates set for September 6 and September 13. The full season will conclude in late September with the CSI Greenwich event on September 26 and September 27. This final weekend introduces Olympic-level international show jumping to the regional sports calendar.
Public match days follow a set afternoon schedule where facility gates open to ticketed visitors at 1:00 p.m. Standard tournament play begins at 3:00 p.m. and concludes at approximately 5:00 p.m. General admission tickets are available for purchase, with vehicle parking handled as a separate fee, while children under the age of 12 are permitted free entry.

Spectators can choose from multiple viewing configurations, including open lawn areas, reserved umbrella spaces, bistro tables, private cabanas, and corporate skyboxes. A dedicated field-side lounge area features furnished seating, live music from the musical group MOJO, and a cash bar managed by The Cup Bearer. Food and beverage options are provided through pre-ordered catering packages or a rotating group of independent food trucks, and attendees are invited to participate in the traditional halftime divot stomp.
Established in 1981, the facility serves as the official home field for the White Birch polo team. Over its history, the venue has hosted prominent international players such as Mariano Aguerre, Facundo Pieres, Hilario Ulloa, and Nacho Figueras. Corporate sponsors for the ongoing 2026 season include Interactive Brokers, Audi, Mohegan Sun Online Casino, and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
