fergerson library in stamford, connecticut

Ferguson Library (1 Public Library Plaza, Stamford, CT 06901) is hosting a wide variety of programs for children and teens throughout March, offering storytimes, art workshops, STEM activities, and more. All programs are generously supported by the Friends of the Ferguson Library.

Families with children from birth through kindergarten can participate in 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten, a nationwide reading challenge aimed at fostering early literacy.

Young artists can enter the library’s Teen Art Contest (grades 6–12) and Kids’ Bookmark Design Contest (grades K–6), with winners receiving gift certificates and their creations featured in library materials. Entries are open through April 6, and AI-generated submissions are not allowed.
