Riko’s Pizza introduces winter specialty pies available through April

Riko’s Pizza is heating up the winter season with two new limited-time specialty pies available now through April 30 at all of its East Coast locations.

The Stamford-based tavern-style pizza franchise launched its Winter Limited-Time Offers on Feb. 2, featuring the Riko’s Scarpariello Pizza and the Eggplant Ricotta Pizza. Both are crafted on the brand’s signature super-thin crust.

The Riko’s Scarpariello Pizza combines blended mozzarella with chicken sausage, spicy sausage, hot cherry peppers, and thinly sliced red onions. The pie is finished with a drizzle of Riko’s hot oil and freshly chopped basil.

The Eggplant Ricotta Pizza features plum tomato sauce, blended mozzarella, breaded eggplant, and dollops of ricotta, topped with aged Parmesan and fresh basil.

Rico Imbrogno, founder and executive chairman of Riko’s Pizza, said the seasonal offerings reflect the company’s focus on bringing people together.
