Connecticut’s Largest Halloween Trick-or-Treat

The Hartford Yard Goats are gearing up to transform Dunkin’ Park into a Halloween wonderland once again, welcoming families from across the state for Connecticut’s largest community trick-or-treat celebration. The free event, presented by Southern Connecticut State University, will take place Sunday, October 26, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Dunkin’ Park in downtown Hartford.

Designed for kids 12 and under, the Yard Goats’ Halloween Trick or Treat event offers a safe, family-friendly afternoon of fun — complete with candy, costumes, and community spirit. More than 50 local businesses and sponsors will be set up throughout the ballpark’s open concourse, each offering treats and goodies to young visitors.

Guests can expect plenty of Halloween-themed activities, music, and entertainment, with members of the Dunkin’ team on-site to hand out free swag, gift cards, and product samples. Families are invited to enter through the main gate located at the corner of Main and Trumbull Streets.

The event will take place rain or shine, and no registration is required — just bring your costumes, candy bags, and festive spirit.

For many Hartford families, the Yard Goats’ Halloween celebration has become a cherished annual tradition, bringing together local businesses, sports fans, and trick-or-treaters for one of the city’s most anticipated fall events.
