Disney magic is gliding into Hartford this winter as Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto takes over PeoplesBank Arena (formerly XL Center) from January 15–18, 2026. Families are invited to step inside the stories of two of Disney’s most beloved animated films, Frozen and Encanto, in an unforgettable live experience filled with world-class ice skating, breathtaking aerial acrobatics, and show-stopping songs.

Audiences will sing along to “Let It Go,” “We Don’t Talk About Bruno,” and other fan favorites as Anna, Elsa, Mirabel, and the entire Madrigal family come to life on the ice. Beloved Disney icons including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy will also make appearances throughout the show.

Narrated by Olaf, the lovable snowman with a heart as warm as summer, the Frozen portion of the performance whisks audiences away to Arendelle. Fans will join Anna on her adventure to find Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in an endless winter. Along the way, Kristoff and Sven lend their help in a magical journey filled with dazzling ice choreography and immersive storytelling.

Afterward, the spotlight shines on the vibrant Colombian mountains, where the extraordinary Madrigal family awaits. Mirabel, the only family member without a magical gift, shares her inspiring journey to save the enchanted casita. Alongside her sisters Isabela and Luisa, and other unforgettable relatives like Pepa, Dolores, and even the mysterious Bruno, the Encanto story unfolds with color, heart, and powerful performances.

At its heart, Disney On Ice delivers a message that resonates with audiences of all ages: everyone has unique gifts, and true magic comes from love, family, and being yourself.
