14th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2025

The 14th Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2025, with special thanks to Stamford Health, Exclusive Healthcare Partner, returns Saturday, September 6, from 10am to 5pm to Harbor Point, Stamford’s beautiful waterfront community. The Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo is Connecticut’s largest health and wellness event, featuring over 130 sponsors and exhibitors, 10 themed zones, free group fitness classes, attracting over 5,000 people of all ages and fitness levels every year.

The opening ceremony celebrations begin at 10:00 AM and will be hosted by PJ Kennedy of Hey Stamford!. Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons will present the Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo 2025 proclamation to Stamford Health, the Exclusive Healthcare Partner. “We are proud to once again serve as the Exclusive Healthcare Sponsor of the 2025 Health Wellness Lifestyle EXPO,” said Kathleen Silard, President and CEO of Stamford Health. “For the past 14 years, we’ve been committed to educating our community and showcasing many of our key programs and services at this important event. This year is no exception, and we look forward to continuing to support the health and wellness of the communities we are honored to serve.” This year’s Community Leadership Awards will be presented to Sacred Heart University, an expo sponsor for 10 years, and Natural Awakenings Magazine, a premier media sponsor for 14 years, in recognition of their support of this important community event, outstanding service, and commitment to the health and well-being of the greater Stamford community.

This one-day, family and pet-friendly health and wellness extravaganza will feature an exciting lineup of sponsors and exhibitors showcasing and selling a range of health and wellness products and services. Stamford Health, the Expo’s Exclusive Healthcare Partner for the fourteenth year, is at the heart of it all with a variety of offerings including free blood pressure screenings, CPR training with Stamford EMS, healthy weight management tips, stop-the-bleed training, stroke awareness, pediatric nutrition, women’s health education with mammogram appointments, and more.

ShopRite/Cingari Family Markets, a support sponsor for fourteen years, will offer free on-site flu shots (accepting most insurance), pharmacy information, nutrition education with ShopRite dietitians, healthy cooking demonstrations, healthy snacks, giveaways, and raffle prize opportunities.

The ten zones of the expo include the Pet Wellness Zone sponsored by Camp Bow Wow Stamford; Yoga and Stretching Zone and Group Fitness Zone sponsored by Sacred Heart University; Healthy Home Zone sponsored by Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses; Healthy Food & Beverage Zone sponsored by Aquarion Water Company; food trucks, restaurants, and beverage brands offering healthy options; eco-friendly wine, spirits, and craft beers; and a kids zone featuring fun and educational activities in the sand pit area on Harbor Point’s Boardwalk.

Additional event highlights include financial health guidance from long-time support sponsor KeyBank. Rehabilitation and therapy care services are provided by Stamford Care Center and Norwalk Care Center, plus non-medical home care service information presented by support sponsor A&B Home Care Solutions. The popular Touch-A-Truck experience is organized by Stamford EMS, Fire, and Police Departments. As always, a main attraction is the free group fitness classes taught by the area’s top instructors, including the team from support sponsor LifeTime of Stamford. These high-energy, professionally guided classes are held waterside on the beautiful Harbor Point boardwalk.
