‘Summer in the Park’ kicks off this week in Stamford with three weeks of concerts and the return of the Hey Stamford! Food Festival

Kicking off Thursday, July 10, Summer in the Park debuts at Mill River Park with three weeks of concerts, food, and cultural events in the heart of downtown Stamford. Created in partnership with Mill River Park, Parachute Concerts, Stamford Downtown, The Karp Family, and Hey Stamford!, this celebration sets the stage for Stamford as a must-visit summer destination.

The series opens this week with a Thursday night performance by hip-hop icons Busta Rhymes and Fabolous, followed on Friday, July 11 by the launch of Summer Fun Fridays—Connecticut’s ultimate outdoor happy hour featuring Raise Your Hands, a high-energy Bon Jovi tribute, plus themed bars and rotating food vendors.

The weekend continues with Aly & AJ on Saturday night, bringing fan favorites and fresh new sounds. Then on Sunday, enjoy a free community concert with The Midtown Men—original stars from Broadway’s Jersey Boys—reviving the greatest hits of the ’60s.

And the fun doesn’t stop there:

Bow Wow & Soulja Boy bring a 2000s throwback party (July 17)
Colombian Independence Day celebration with live music, dancing, and cuisine (July 19)
Mariah the Scientist closes out the series with an alt-R&B set (July 24)
Plus, the return of the Hey Stamford! Food Festival, packed with food trucks, local bites, and more.

Get ready to indulge in a true culinary adventure. The region’s top food trucks and restaurant vendors are rolling into Stamford for a weekend packed with flavor, fun, and non-stop bites.

The signature food event of the summer returns for its 8th year, serving up a mouthwatering two-day experience featuring:

Dozens of curated food vendors
Live music performances
Themed cocktail bars
Interactive culinary experiences for all ages
