Summertime starts this Friday at Quassy
The waterpark opens Memorial Day Weekend
Quassy Amusement Park (2132 Middlebury Rd, Middlebury, CT 06762) is thrilled to announce the opening of its waterpark just in time for Memorial Day weekend. The park invites families and waterpark enthusiasts alike to kick off the summer season with a day in Splash Away Bay.
Beginning Friday, May 24, Splash Away Bay Waterpark at Quassy will celebrate its season opening from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offering guests a refreshing escape from the newly found summer heat. From May 25 through May 27, Quassy’s waterpark hours extend from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., providing ample time for visitors to enjoy the park’s thrilling slides, relaxing beachfront, and interactive splash zones. Opening the waterpark on Memorial Day Weekend has become a Quassy tradition ever since Saturation Station, the park’s first waterpark attraction, opened in 2003.
“We’re excited to start the summer season with a splash and welcome guests of all ages back for our 116th year,” said Eric Anderson, President of Quassy. “We pride ourselves on serving the community with affordable summer fun that we hope continues to be passed down from generation to generation.”
