The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday for North Haven CrossFit
The Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce was delighted to organize a Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting ceremony for North Haven CrossFit located at 88 Leonardo Drive, North Haven, CT on Thursday, November 30th.
North Haven CrossFit, established in 2011, is under new ownership. The 10,000 square foot training facility was purchased by the Vnuk family in August 2023. The business will be managed by Aaron Vnuk, Lauren Wiggins Vnuk and Adam Vnuk. The trio will bring a new era of fitness to the town of North Haven and the Greater New Haven area. Their mission is to deliver the principles of CrossFit, one of the most effective exercise training programs in the world, and to make it accessible for everyone. They believe that if Aaron Vnuk can CrossFit, so can you. As a young adult, Aaron lost his eyesight to a devastating condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa. Today, he helps people rise above their challenges and live a life without limits.
