The 67th Annual Mystic Outdoor Art Festival Jury and the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the winning artists from this year’s Festival. The artists were honored at an Awards Breakfast in Mystic River Park on Sunday morning. The winners are as follows:
