Connecticut Pizza & Brew Fest

Following two successful years, the “Connecticut Pizza & Brew Fest” returns to the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater! 99.1 PLR and New Haven Pizza School join forces again to celebrate Connecticut’s rich pizza culture and the shared passion for brews at this popular annual event. Scheduled for 1p-4pm with VIP Early Entry at 12pm on Sunday, July 20th, 2025, pizza lovers and aficionados are invited to indulge in a day filled with delicious pizza, craft brews, live music, and festive entertainment.
“New Haven Style Pizza is on FIRE! From Dave Portnoy declaring New Haven the pizza capital of the world, to pot-stirring signs in New York City, to a pizza school and song about New Haven Style Pizza we are stoked to be running our third year of CT Pizza & Brew Fest at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater sponsored by Brown Roofing,” stated Frank Zabski of New Haven Pizza School. “Where can you go once a year and eat all of CT’s top pizza in one place? At CT Pizza & Brew Fest! Frank Pepe, Zuppardi’s Apizza, Colony Pizza, Big Green Truck, Grand Apizza and many more will be back and spinning their pies for the raving fans of CT Pizza. Music by Yacht Lobsters, Icons of New Haven Pizza and a free ‘How to Make New Haven Style Pizza’ panel will support the pizza trucks and adult beverages.”
